DELIVERY & RETURNS:

Delivery

UK Delivery only

All UK orders are shipped using EVRI tracked service. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:

UK Standard (2-4 business days) – £2.65
UK Next Day (order by 10am) – £3.20

UK delivery is available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please note: If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.

Kindly note, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands and are working hard to make this available again.

International Delivery – we do not currently ship outside of the UK, however please email hello@onlyojas.co.uk with your location to register your interest and we will notify you when we are able to do so.

RETURN & REFUNDS:

No hassle returns: If you’re not entirely satisfied please email us within 30 days at hello@onlyojas.co.uk with your order details and we will help you with the returns/refund process.
